Whether at the FOH desk in front of thousands, in a rehearsal room chasing the right tone, or out shooting with a camera — my job is to make musicians feel safe on stage and the audience hear exactly what they should.
Years on tour have taught me one thing: the best technical support is the kind nobody notices. That's what I aim for — calm, speed when it's needed, and an open ear for the people on stage.
